This is Teac after his first haircut... and I should add after mom's first attempt at cutting the hair of a wiggling little boy. Ayi (our nanny) says I should just do it while he's asleep. He was getting a little shaggy around the ears so I just trimmed up the sides...the top is still his natural crazy hair. I compared his color with the baggie I have from my first hair cut and they are almost the identical color.James thinks I should have just left well enough alone. :)

What a hansome guy! You did a GREAT job Michelle (and I should know from years of experience trying to cut the hair of wiggling boys). I've tried sleeping, it doesn't work, they just wake up and you NEVER wake a sleeping baby! GRIN
You did fine! I have found that with little boys I cut their hair while they are enamoured with something in their high chair - food and a cartoon on tv - you just have to try and keep the hair from falling in it! Tricky, messy and sometimes yucky for the boy but they do sit relatively still. Good luck to you in the haircuts to come!
I like it. I've tried cutting my girls' hair and it's been disastrous. Yet another good reason I don't have any boys, lol!
