Drivers License
Well, getting a driver's license in China is quite a to do for American Diplomats. Only American Diplomats, not French, English, etc. You get the picture.
We had an important visitor to post. While we were at a dinner meeting the subject of driver's licenses was brought up. The attachements didn't make it. To see the beginning of a funny thing follow the link. Funny little world.

love the article- and from what other things I have heard I am so proud to have family with a drivers license in Chengdu, China! (Can you see me beaming with pride?)

That was a great article. wish I could've been in the Chinese consulate in washington when that article arrived and was read by the diplomats. Ha ha! You we're the one who tipped off the post were you?

WOW! That is so cool. If the first question is on the test about ripping your clothes off to put out the fire, I would like to see what the other questions were.
