This is my kitchen in the process of making tomato sauce. I make a generic sauce and freeze it. Then when I want to make pizza or put it on pasta, I just add meat if I feel like it. I found that if I put the tomatoes in the blender with the onion, garlic, roasted bell peppers, a carrot or two after I peel them, I get a thicker, smoother sauce.
