2.5 pounds lean ground beef
4 1/2 - 5 c. finely chopped onions
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 eggs
1 c. wheat germ
1 1/4 t. pepper
2 1/2 T. parsley, dried
2 1/2 T. chives, dried
2 1/2 T. dill weed, dried
2 t. salt
Your favorite barbecue sauce - one to two jars or bottles
Note: These can be made in large quantities and stored in the freezer
