2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 - 1/2 onion, finely chopped

  1. Heat oven to 450° F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together
  3. Place in an 8" or 9" pie dish
  4. Bake until golden brown

Note: This is nice when served with Triscuit crackers.

If you find it too bland, consider adding a drop of hot pepper sauce to the mixture.
