12 Blintzes
1 pint sour cream
3 large eggs
2 - 4 T. orange juice concentrate
1 t. vanilla
1 - 3 t. sugar, to taste
1/4 - 1/2 cinnamon, to taste
2 T. butter

  1. Heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Melt the butter and pour into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking pan
  3. Place blintzes in the pan
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the blintzes
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown

Serves 4 - 6 persons
