1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. paprika
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. dried tarragon
1/4 t. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Note: Serve over green salad
