1 c. olive oil
1 c. sesame or sunflower oil
6 - 7 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. tamari
1/2 c. tahini or white sesame seed paste
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
dash of pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Note: Serve over green salads or as a dip for raw vegetables
Note: Makes about 3 cups
