2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
4 T. orange juice
4 T. white wine

confectioners' sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Beat egg yolks
  3. Add sugar one teaspoon at a time
  4. Sift together dry ingredients
  5. Add juice, wine to dry ingredients and mix
  6. Add melted butter and mix
  7. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter
  8. Pour into carefully 10" ring springform mold
  9. Bake for 30 minutes
  10. Decorate top with confectioners' sugar
