2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
4 T. orange juice
4 T. white wine
confectioners' sugar
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Beat egg yolks
- Add sugar one teaspoon at a time
- Sift together dry ingredients
- Add juice, wine to dry ingredients and mix
- Add melted butter and mix
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter
- Pour into carefully 10" ring springform mold
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Decorate top with confectioners' sugar
